What’s it like to work at FLSmidth? Thomas Schulz, FLSmidth’s Group CEO, who will be leaving us this month after more than eight years at the helm, shares his experience of working at FLSmidth and other Scandinavian-based companies. He will be succeeded by incoming CEO Mikko Keto, the current President of FLSmidth’s Mining business and a member of Group Executive Management, effective 1 January 2022.
