2019: The Ludwig Pfister Weighing Company was the brainchild of blacksmith Ludwig Pfister, who founded the business in his home city of Augsburg in southern Germany, where our headquarters remains today. Ambitious as he was, Ludwig Pfister surely could not have envisaged that his company would grow to become the worldwide success it is today.
