When dredging company, Faasse Zandhandel, was looking for a reliable pump for its new ship, it selected a main dredge pump (millMAX 24x20, 600 mm pump) and a booster pump (millMAX 24x20, 600 mm pump) from FLSmidth. With its 8-bar discharge pressure, the ship can pump over a long landline and reach an inland sand plant to unload.
